The W21 Magnet motors are specifically designed to operate at low speeds, producing minimal noise while offering excellent energy savings. This makes them an ideal choice for applications where quiet operation and energy efficiency are priorities.


Features:

High Efficiency & Energy Saving

This motor saves up to 30% energy compared to traditional induction motors operated by inverters. It maintains high efficiency throughout a wide load range, from 20% to 110% of its rated capacity, with observed energy savings between 10% and 40%.

Additionally, it achieves an excellent power factor close to 1.0 at rated load and no less than 0.95 under all conditions. This results in reduced stator current and lower copper losses, enhancing overall energy efficiency.

Constant Torque Over Wide Speed Range

The motor delivers constant torque over a broad speed range without the need for forced ventilation. This makes it ideal for applications that require speed variation while maintaining consistent torque, even at low speeds, and it operates effectively without requiring an encoder.
